On Friday Raegan Rembert didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. The performance marked the fewest hits Rembert has had since back in May of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fourth in a row with more than nine strikeouts. This year, she has an ERA of 1.66 over 38 innings pitched.

Coming up, Rembert and Maiden will face off against East Burke at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blue Devils got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Cavaliers thanks in part to Rembert: she struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits.
