Southeastern extended their postseason success on Monday against Loachapoka. They blew past the Indians 15-0. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by nine runs or more this season.

Liliana Cassidy and Taylor Moon did most of the damage at the plate: Cassidy went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI, while Moon went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those two stolen bases gave Cassidy a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ana Philips, who earned three runs and two stolen bases.

Southeastern always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .818. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Southeastern has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-12 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Loachapoka, they dropped their record down to 7-15 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.
