Shanley scored the most points they've had all season to find success last Tuesday. They put the hurt on Fargo South with a sharp 71-45 win. That 71-45 margin sets a new team best for Shanley this season.
Meanwhile, Wahpeton's four-game losing streak came to an end on Thursday. They came out on top against Lisbon by a score of 58-50.
Shanley's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-6. As for Wahpeton, their win bumped their record up to 2-5.
Shanley didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Wahpeton when the teams last played back in February, but they still walked away with a 65-59 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Shanley since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
