Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Lee County walked away with it. Their defense stepped up to hand the Triton Hawks a 3-0 shutout on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for Lee County as they're now sitting on three straight.

Derek Massenburg and Omar Lagunas scored all three of Lee County's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

Lee County's victory bumped their record up to 18-7. As for Triton, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-14-2.

Looking ahead, Lee County will square off against Williams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Triton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
