Walker Made His Presence Known in Tiftarea Academy's 27-21 Defeat
John Robert Walker continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his 11th-straight game with at least two rushing touchdowns. He rushed for 150 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 188 yards and a touchdown.
Valwood had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Walker it was a similar story. When Walker last faced the Valiants two weeks ago, he rushed for 214 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also threw for 155 yards and a touchdown on only 12 passes.

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Cole Jones stepped things up a notch to give Deerfield-Windsor the 'W'. Nobody could stop Jones as he rushed for 153 yards and two touchdowns.
The win made it two in a row for Deerfield-Windsor and bumps their season record up to 9-3. Jones and Deerfield-Windsor will face off against Valwood at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.

Temond Marcus Makes It Two for Tiftarea Academy
The second Tiftarea Academy player making an appearance here is Temond Marcus, and for good reason. He made ten total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Sceals Posts Huge Game in 27-24 Victory
Lane Sceals put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Friday. He threw for 243 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 44 yards.
If the past is any indication, Sceals could be in store for another big game when he takes on Valwood on Friday. Sceals threw for 421 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per attempt the last time he and the Valiants duked it out back in October.

Another Deerfield-Windsor player making an appearance on this list is Gabe Daniel. He picked up 118 receiving yards and a touchdown.
If history really does repeat itself, Daniel might just drop another big game when he faces off against Valwood on Friday. Back in October (the last time Daniel saw the Valiants), he picked up 189 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
