Fairmont lost to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial on December 3rd, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. Everything went the Fairmont Cardinals' way against the Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights as the Fairmont Cardinals made off with a 71-51 victory. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 20 points or more this season.

Fairmont has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.2 points per game. As for Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.
