Basketball Recap: Eagle's View Takes a Loss

The Eagle's View Warriors were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 53-49 to the First Coast Buccaneers.

Despite the loss, Eagle's View still got an impressive performance from JUSTIS CLEMENTS, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten rebounds. With that strong performance, CLEMENTS is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game. Another player making a difference was JAYSHON MURPHY, who posted ten points.

Eagle's View's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for First Coast, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coming up, Eagle's View will host Duval Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will need to watch out since the Panthers have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for First Coast, they will venture away from home to challenge Creekside at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
