Ripon came into Friday's game looking for another win against Lodi, but Fayth Hesselberg wouldn't allow it. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0 on Friday thanks in part to Hesselberg, who had ten digs and four assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Despite the defeat, Ripon saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Adele Minor had 12 assists and seven digs.

Lodi's record now sits at 3-4. As for Ripon, they moved to 5-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Lodi has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Royall on the 30th. Ripon has also already played their next matchup (against Rio), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
