Gianmarco Figueroa was a major factor in Verdugo Hills's win over Arleta on Friday. Figueroa did his part (and then some), scoring eight points along with ten rebounds and eight blocks in the victory.
Figueroa and Verdugo Hills won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Roosevelt at 4:30 p.m. on January 27th. Roosevelt will enter the matchup having just beaten South East, so Verdugo Hills will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
