Norrix is 1-9 against the Lancers since February of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Norrix Knights have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Lakeshore Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on February 5th. Norrix will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings (they are ranked 325th, while the Lancers are ranked 72nd).
Last Thursday, it was a hard-fought game, but Norrix had to settle for a 35-32 defeat against the Bearcats. Norrix has struggled against the Bearcats recently, as their match on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Lakeshore had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against Mattawan by a score of 60-48.
Norrix now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Lakeshore, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with that win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.
