Meanwhile, St. Thomas More Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 69-29 victory over Thales Academy Rolesville at home. St. Thomas More Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 25 points or more this season.
St. Thomas More Academy found their leader in underclassman John Paul Mack, who scored 23 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mack has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Dominic Mack, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds.
Friendship Christian's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-7. As for St. Thomas More Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 15-10 record this season.
