The Sequoyah Chiefs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Forsyth Central Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Sequoyah's favor is that they have posted big goal totals every time they've taken the pitch this season.
Sequoyah stacked a third blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They never let North Cobb onto the board and left with a 4-0 win. Four seems to be a good number for Sequoyah as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of goals in their previous game.
They hit North Cobb with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Noah Sawkins (2),
Armand Kroeppler, and
Alan Fernandez.
Meanwhile, Forsyth Central fell victim to Northview's stalwart defense on Tuesday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Titans. Forsyth Central has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Sequoyah's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Forsyth Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
