The Minto Lakers can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. They blew past Effie Kokrine Charter 80-42 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Minto sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
It was another big night for Marsten Capelle, who scored 18 points. Another player making a difference was Andrew David, who scored ten points.
Minto pushed their record up to 14-1 with that victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.2 points per game. As for Effie Kokrine Charter, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
