Leland & Gray was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Twin Valley apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.
Twin Valley found their leader in underclassman Brayden Brown, who scored 21 points along with eight assists and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brian Sullivan, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and three blocks.
Leland & Gray has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season. As for Twin Valley, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.
Leland & Gray will be playing at home against Woodstock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Vermont (Woodstock is ranked 37th, while Leland & Gray is ranked 57th). As for Twin Valley, they will head out on the road to square off against Springfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
