After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gruver, Sunray was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the West Texas Comanches with a sharp 48-28 victory. The Bobcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 20 points or more this season.
Despite the loss, West Texas still got an impressive performance from Scout Burris, who posted eight points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, Burris now owns an excellent 45.2% field goal percentage.
