Parkland waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the R.J. Reynolds Demons as they made off with a 19-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won ten games by 12 runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Ariana Little, who fired off two home runs, two stolen bases, and one double while going 4-for-4. Another player making a difference was Zoey Carter, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with four stolen bases.

Parkland always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .844. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as R.J. Reynolds only posted an OBP of .429.

Parkland's record is now 10-5. As for R.J. Reynolds, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkland will head out to square off against East Forsyth at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for R.J. Reynolds, they will venture away from home to challenge South Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
