On Friday, Mt. Ayr came out on top in a nail-biter against Clarke, sneaking past 16-14. The success made it back-to-back wins for Mt. Ayr.

The win bumped Mt. Ayr's record up to 3-1. The loss dropped Clarke back to even at 2-2.

Next week Mt. Ayr take on West Central Valley at 7:00 PM. Clarke will look to defend their home turf against Saydel at 7:00 PM.
