While Silas's victory against Mount Tahoma wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rams won by a run and slipped past the T-Birds 8-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since April 14th.

Nevaeh Rodriguez and Natalie Medalia did most of the damage at the plate: Rodriguez went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base, while Medalia went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Hailey Carter, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.

Silas has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Mount Tahoma, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-14.

Silas does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Tahoma, they will challenge Capital at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
