The USC-MAE Trojans will head out on the road to face off against The School of Los Angeles Coyote at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. USC-MAE is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
Even though USC-MAE has not done well against Central City Value recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way last Thursday. USC-MAE had just enough and edged Central City Value out 37-35.
Meanwhile, two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The School of Los Angeles walked away with it. They secured a 48-44 W over the Warriors on Wednesday. The win was just what The School of Los Angeles needed coming off of a 66-41 defeat in their prior game.
The School of Los Angeles found their leader in underclassman Oliver Sobul, who scored 23 points. That makes it six consecutive games in which Sobul has scored at least a third of The School of Los Angeles' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Itai Pedowitz, who scored 11 points.
USC-MAE has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for The School of Los Angeles, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.
