Ahmet Niasse continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 25 points along with six rebounds and five assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Milan's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Bennett, who scored seven points along with two blocks.
Milan's victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-14. As for Gallatin, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-8.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Milan will take on the Hornets at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Westran presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Wildcats in Missouri (the Hornets are ranked 201st, while the Wildcats are ranked 483rd). As for Gallatin, they will head out on the road to challenge the Bluejays at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
