The Shoshoni Wranglers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their seventh straight loss. Their rough 47-22 loss to Greybull might stick with them for a while. Shoshoni was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Greybull apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.
Morgan Donelson was Shoshoni's leading scorer, having posted 13 points.
Kaylor McConnaughey took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with six assists.
Shoshoni now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Greybull, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-10.
Shoshoni will face off against Wyoming Indian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Wyoming Indian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Greybull, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Tongue River at 12:30 p.m. on January 27th. Tongue River is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last 13 games.
