Buchanan had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Parchment Panthers as they made off with an 8-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Bucks, who have now won 16 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Buchanan pushed their record up to 23-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Parchment, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11-1 record this season.

Buchanan will have a chance to go back-to-back against Parchment: the pair will be back at it again later today.
