Mountain View will take on Marshall at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
There's no need to mince words: Mountain View lost to Harding Academy last Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 12-49. Mountain View were down by 6-35 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, after a dominant victory in their matchup two weeks ago, Marshall were humbled. They were given a punishing 0-53 loss at the hands of Melbourne. The state rankings had actually given Marshall a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Mountain View simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Marshall 42-0. Will Mountain View repeat their success, or does Marshall have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
