Like Mercy Career & Technical, Life Center Academy lost despite seeing results from several players. Mekhi Robertson led the charge by scoring 15 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Elijah Brown, who scored 16 points.
Mercy Career & Technical's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-2. As for Life Center Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 24-11.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as the two teams are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Mercy Career & Technical hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 56.9 points per game. However, it's not like Life Center Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 75 points per game.
