Mercy Career & Technical will head out on the road to square off against the Life Center Academy Warriors at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.
After a string of four wins, Mercy Career & Technical's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 57-56 to Pine Forge Academy. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Meanwhile, Life Center Academy pushed their score all the way to 59 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. The match between them and Cristo Rey Philadelphia wasn't particularly close, with Life Center Academy falling 73-59. Life Center Academy has been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.
Like Mercy Career & Technical, Life Center Academy lost despite seeing results from several players. Mekhi Robertson led the charge by scoring 15 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Elijah Brown, who scored 16 points.
Mercy Career & Technical's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-2. As for Life Center Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 24-11.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as the two teams are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Mercy Career & Technical hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 56.9 points per game. However, it's not like Life Center Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 75 points per game.
