Newton won the last time they faced Grovetown and Kevin Hartsfield did his part to make sure it happened again. The Rams blew past the Warriors 30-0 on Friday with plenty of help from Hartsfield, who rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. He has become a key player for Newton: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-2 otherwise.
On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Newton's defense and their eight sacks. Cameron Horne was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself.
