Among those leading the charge was Presley Knecht, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and three steals. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Kylie Wittnebel, who scored eight points along with six rebounds.
Oldham-Ramona/R has not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season. As for Castlewood, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-8.
Oldham-Ramona/R's road trip will continue as they head out to face Aberdeen Christian at 11:00 a.m. on January 20th. Aberdeen Christian comes in still looking for their first win of the season. Castlewood won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Pipestone at 9:30 a.m. on January 20th. Pipestone will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 329th in Minnesota, while Castlewood is ranked 95th in South Dakota).
