Will Fountain gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Thursday. He made a splash, not allowing a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. He was up against Swansea and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them last Tuesday. Fountain has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
