Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Yucca Valley). They were the clear victor by a 12-2 margin over the Twentynine Palms Wildcats on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Trojans as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

Yucca Valley's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Twentynine Palms, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.

Yucca Valley wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Indio on the 16th. Twentynine Palms has also already played their next contest (against Coachella Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
