The Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their tenth straight loss. They were beaten by Tri-Valley 71-30. Shenandoah Valley was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-8.
Tri-Valley's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trey Porter, who scored 18 points. It was the first time this season that Porter scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dawsyn Manning, who scored 11 points along with four steals.
Shenandoah Valley's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Tri-Valley, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-4.
