Levi Grothen put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Monday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.
