Lane Williams was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 13 points along with four steals. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniel Morgan, who scored nine points.
Southeastern's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-3. As for Huntington, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
Southeastern won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Alexander at 7:15 p.m. on December 16th. Alexander is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Huntington, they will head out on the road to face off against Westfall at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Westfall presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Huntington in Ohio (Westfall is ranked 149th, while Huntington is ranked 639th).
