The WF West Bearcats waltzed into their game on Tuesday with three straight wins but they left with four. They took down Centralia 49-33. Given WF West's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 126th, while the Tigers are ranked 334th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead WF West to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tyler Klatush, who scored 22 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Parker Eiswald, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
WF West is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for Centralia, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-15.
WF West will take on the Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Aberdeen focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Tuesday. As for Centralia, they will head out on the road to challenge the Highclimbers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
