It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 76-19, which was the final score in River City Science Academy's tilt against Eagle's View on Monday. River City Science Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 56-9.
Meanwhile, Stanton had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against Interlachen by a score of 60-50.
River City Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Stanton, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3.
River City Science Academy came up short against Stanton in their previous meeting back in January, falling 49-40. Can River City Science Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
