Fowlerville won the last time they faced Ionia and things went their way on Monday too. The Gladiators blew past the Bulldogs 6-2. Considering Fowlerville have won six games by more than three goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Fowlerville has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those four contests. As for Ionia, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-7.

Fowlerville didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Haslett on the 6th. As for Ionia, they will challenge Lansing Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
