Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better  (just ask Normal University). They breezed by the Lanphier Lions to the tune of  70-6 on Friday. The Pioneers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by 20  points or more this season.
  Alek Weiland continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 244 yards and five touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes. He has been hot , having  posted three or more  passing touchdowns the last seven times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Lyfe Campbell, who gained 85 total yards and three touchdowns.
 Normal University wouldn't let Lanphier keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Normal University can thank  Austin Kruger and  Josh Caraballo for forcing both of them.
 The  victory (which was Normal University's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2. As for Lanphier, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the  loss, which was their eighth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 As of now, neither Normal University nor Lanphier have any future games scheduled.
