The Boulder Creek Jaguars will head out on the road to face off against the Sunnyside Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Boulder Creek's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
With a playoff game on the line, Boulder Creek rose to the challenge on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Wolverines 5-4. Jackson Gaydon had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Boulder Creek.
Meanwhile, Sunnyside stacked an 18th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over Tucson High Magnet School. The win was familiar territory for Sunnyside who now have nine in a row.
Boulder Creek has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Sunnyside, they pushed their record up to 22-0-1 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.
