Second Baptist had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.3 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Logos Prep Academy Lions 65-27. The Eagles pushed the score to 65-20 by the end of the third, a deficit the Lions cut but never quite recovered from.

Second Baptist was led to victory by Grace Wehring and Eloise Tackett. Wehring went 9 of 12 on her way to 24 points along with eight steals and six boards, while Tackett went 9 for 16 en route to 24 points in addition to six rebounds and four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Tackett has scored at least a third of Second Baptist's points. Chloe Vessel was another key player, putting up eight points and five assists.

Second Baptist's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-10. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Logos Prep Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
