The Bradley Bears can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 51-26 margin over Lafayette County. The win was nothing new for Bradley as they're now sitting on four straight.
Lafayette County's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trinity McKinney, who scored ten points along with four steals. McKinney is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was JaMaya Davis, who scored eight points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Bradley is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season. As for Lafayette County, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bradley will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on the Bears at 3:30 p.m. on February 9th.
