In what's become a running theme this season, the Durand Railroaders gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Monday. They blew past Webberville 69-43. The  win was familiar territory for Durand who now have seven in a row.
  Markell Tate was  his usual excellent self,  scoring 22 points along with seven  rebounds and seven  steals. Tate is crushing the  steal category: he's  posted at least two every time he's  taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Darius Aldrich, who  scored ten points along with six  rebounds.
 Durand has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won ten of their last 11 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record  this season. As for Webberville,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 8-9.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Durand will take on Ovid-Elsie at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Webberville, they won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on February 13th.
