Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Green Sea Floyds struggled to work together and finished the game with only an assist. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Grace Owens led the charge by scoring 26 points along with five rebounds. The match was Owens' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Claire Owens, who scored eight points along with seven steals and five assists.
Green Sea Floyds has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.
