The North Penn-Liberty Mountie will head out on the road to  square off against  the Northeast Bradford Panthers at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. North Penn-Liberty is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
 North Penn-Liberty stacked  a  tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past Troy 14-1. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for North Penn-Liberty considering their one-run performance the  contest before.
  Mackenzi Tice made a splash no matter where she played. She  struck out nine batters over  seven innings while giving up just one earned run off   four  hits (and only one walk). Tice has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in nine consecutive pitching appearances. Tice was also big at the plate,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Saige Lehman was  excellent,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances. She is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games she's  played.  Nikki Kiscadden was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 Meanwhile,  after a string of four wins, Northeast Bradford's good fortune finally ran out  on Tuesday. They took  a  10-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of Troy.
  Hannah Berger made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-4 with a  home run and four  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kierra Delancey, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 Even though they lost, Northeast Bradford  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Troy struck out five times.
 North Penn-Liberty's win was  their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 15-0. As for Northeast Bradford, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.
 The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Friday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. North Penn-Liberty has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 8.9  strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Northeast Bradford struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 6.9. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
 Everything went North Penn-Liberty's way against Northeast Bradford when the teams last played  back in March of 2023 as North Penn-Liberty made off with  a  9-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for North Penn-Liberty since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
