Shreveport HomeSchool Sports won the last time they faced Word of God Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. Shreveport HomeSchool Sports was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Word of God Academy.

Despite the defeat, Word of God Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kallie Pizarro had 16 digs and three aces.

The victory got Shreveport HomeSchool Sports back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shreveport HomeSchool Sports will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Bishop Noland Episcopal Day at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Word of God Academy, they will welcome Harleton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
