The Walker Wolverines are on the road again  on Thursday and play against the Marietta Blue Devils at 4:30  p.m.  on December 21st. Hopefully Walker focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 12 on Saturday.
 Walker struggled with  assists on Saturday (Lassiter had ten more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Walker took a  49-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lassiter. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  points Walker has scored all season.
 Walker's  loss came about despite a quality game from  Noah Pederson, who  scored 20 points. The  match was  Pederson's ninth in a row with at least ten points.  Anderson Carey was another key contributor,  scoring ten points.
 Walker  struggled to work together and  finished the game with only  an  assist. That's the fewest  assists they've managed all season.
 Meanwhile, Marietta scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Friday. They walked away with  a   69-56  win over Campbell. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest  victory Marietta has managed all season.
 Walker's defeat  ended a three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 8-2. As for Marietta, the  win was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-6.
