Evansville Christian won the last time they faced Vincennes Rivet and things went their way on Friday too. The Evansville Christian Eagles managed a 36-32 win over the Vincennes Rivet Patriots. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Evansville Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Hannah Higgs, who posted 20 points. Higgs continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Bella Hall was another key player, putting up eight points along with 12 rebounds and five steals.

Evansville Christian's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3. As for Vincennes Rivet, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-5.

Evansville Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 67-37 defeat against Corydon Central on the 27th. Vincennes Rivet has also already played their next game, a 59-53 win against Monrovia on the 28th.
