While losing is never fun, Routt Catholic can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 261st, while the Cougars are ranked 105th).
Greenfield/Northwestern has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 15-10 record this season. As for Routt Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 15-9.
