Virgin Valley put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Arbor View Aggies by a score of 19-6.
Virgin Valley got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ari Easton out in front who picked up 84 receiving yards and two touchdowns. An impressive showing, but Easton really ramped things up playing D: she made ten total tackles and defended one pass in addition to snagging an interception. Davie Slack was another key signal caller, throwing for 181 yards and three touchdowns.
Virgin Valley didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Denise Silveyra and Easton. The dominant performance gave Silveyra a new career-high in interceptions.
