The Glenelg Country Dragons's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They fell to Calvert Hall 58-54. Calvert Hall got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brendan Johnson out in front who scored 23 points along with seven rebounds. The matchup was Johnson's 11th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was JT Taggart, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Glenelg Country has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Calvert Hall, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.
