Omaha Northwest's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jessica Houston, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and four steals, and Sania Childs who scored five points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 75-27, which was the final score in Buena Vista's tilt against Elkhorn South on Thursday. Buena Vista was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-12.
