Cambridge is 0-10 against the Witches since December of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Cambridge N/A will head out on the road to face off against the Greenwich Witches at 7:00 p.m. Greenwich took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Cambridge, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Cambridge beat the Fordians 58-54. The win was just what Cambridge needed coming off of a 80-37 defeat in their prior match.
Cambridge found their leader in underclassman Luke MacDougall, who scored 20 points. Preston Peabody was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Meanwhile, Greenwich came up short against the Saints on Friday and fell 66-54.
Cambridge's win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-13. As for Greenwich, they dropped their record down to 5-12 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Cambridge came up short against the Witches in their previous matchup back in January, falling 65-59. Can Cambridge avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
