The Diller-Odell Griffin can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They snuck past Falls City with a 50-44 victory. The victory was just what Diller-Odell needed coming off of a 50-30 loss in their prior matchup.
Cooper Morgan continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 13 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Tj Vitosh, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds.
Diller-Odell's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Falls City, they dropped their record down to 3-16 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Diller-Odell will square off against Exeter-Milligan/Friend on Friday. Hopefully Diller-Odell focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Tuesday. As for Falls City, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
